XRT (XR Training) is seeking a Field Service Representative to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle Driver Training System (ACV-DTS). You will be the primary on-site liaison at your assigned location, ensuring DTS availability and training value for Marines and instructors.

XRT is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle Driver Training System (ACV-DTS). As XRT's primary representative at your assigned location, your mission is to maximize DTS availability, utilization, and training value—ensuring Marines and instructors can get the greatest possible use from the systems provided.
You will own day-to-day DTS readiness, support training operations, troubleshoot technical issues, train users, maintain equipment accountability, and identify opportunities to increase system utilization. You will serve as the critical link between Marines in the field and XRT's software, hardware, and program teams.
Prior U.S. Marine Corps or military service; ACV/AAV or tactical vehicle experience; military instructor, operator, maintainer, FSR, or simulator technician experience; and/or experience supporting XR/VR, simulation, networking, computers, motion platforms, or integrated training systems.
FSRs will complete approximately three weeks of onboarding and technical training at XRT's Orlando, FL office, covering DTS architecture, hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, XR/VR components, system readiness, reporting, and Instructor/Operator training.
Additional travel may include Camp Pendleton, CA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan; Norfolk, VA; and Jacksonville, FL for fielding and technical support. FSRs will also travel to XRT's Orlando office approximately four times annually for three-day technical training, product updates, lessons learned, and program coordination.
