Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support for Tactical Data Link (TDL) products and tools.
• Perform installation and software familiarization training at customer sites worldwide.
• Install and checkout software/hardware; develop/execute test plans.
• Develop training materials and deliver customer training on contracted products.
• Analyze TRs and reproduce issues in assigned labs.
• Support software testing; create test status reports and TRs for defects.
