Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC seeks a Field Trainer 2 to deliver both classroom and on-the-job training, coaching, and development of field employees. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and student engagement while upholding company values and mission.

You will conduct hands-on and classroom instruction, provide guidance for professional growth, and ensure training materials remain accurate and relevant. Occasional travel is required to support field sites.

Qualifications

• Expertise in hands-on field training techniques.
• Identify and support student career development.
• Maintain high student engagement levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt quickly and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Steel-toed boots or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.
• Must hold all required DOT qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver''s license per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction to ensure understanding of safety and quality standards.
• Identify and support student growth and career development.
• Maintain high student engagement using interactive teaching methods.
• Deliver approximately 50% classroom instruction.
• Administer hands-on training for various courses and assess student performance.
• Test, evaluate, and record grades; dismiss non-eligible students as needed.
• Provide field on-the-job training about 50% of assignments.
• Review training materials for accuracy and relevance.
• Travel within 1–2 hours from home frequently, with possible overnight stays.
