Zusammenfassung

GreenSpace Recycling is seeking a full-time Waste Remedy Training Specialist to onboard and develop our Spokane Area Waste Remedy team. You will train in the field, on routes, demonstrating best practices while ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistency across properties.

This role requires driving company trucks, leading by example, and coordinating with management. Starting pay is $26.00–$28.00 per hour with benefits including PTO, 401k after 60 days, and medical coverage after 90 days.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license required with at least 5 years driving experience.
• Safe driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Comfortable driving company-supplied box trucks.
• Able to perform sustained physical work including lifting up to 150+ lbs with assistive devices.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide field teams.

Aufgaben

• Train new and existing Waste Remedy Agents in the field.
• Demonstrate expert-level execution on designated routes.
• Adjust training based on experience and learning style.
• Observe performance and provide practical feedback.
• Document training progress and readiness for independent work.
• Communicate training needs to management.
• Maintain knowledge of all routes and property requirements.
• Cover or assist on routes as needed.
• Support day-to-day field operations and safety standards.
