Job summary

GreenSpace Recycling is seeking a Waste Remedy Training Specialist to onboard and develop our Puget Sound Area Waste Remedy team. You will train agents in the field, model safe practices, and ensure consistency across routes and properties.

The role requires early starts, physical work, and the ability to mentor others while maintaining a high standard of safety and service. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and leadership presence.
• Experience training teams in the field is preferred.
• Willing to work outdoors and lift heavy items as part of the training role.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing Waste Remedy Agents in the field.
• Demonstrate expert-level execution on all routes.
• Adjust training based on experience level and learning style.
• Observe performance and provide feedback.
• Document training progress and readiness for independent work.
