Job summary

Dandy, the operating system for dental offices, seeks a Field Trainer in the California Bay Area to lead in-person trainings and accelerate adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

You will partner with clinicians and practice leaders, monitor outcomes in the early days, and tailor training to practice size and goals. This role requires up to 85% nationwide travel and comfort working in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training.
• Located near a major airport and within 60-min drive to airport.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation and adapt in real time to meet goals.
• Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers and building confidence.
