Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in home improvement or related field.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes preferred.
• Experience recruiting and managing independent contractors preferred.
• Ability to lead in a team environment and basic financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ride-along field training and coaching to install teams and sub-contractors.
• Analyze metrics and deliver targeted training to improve FTT and remakes.
• Partner with branch leadership to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Deliver monthly training on product, installation, and service knowledge.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory training compliance.
• Directly train, manage, and coach all installation process personnel.
