Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Divisional Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs for field technicians across commercial and industrial projects.

You will assess skills, create development plans, and promote workforce excellence under the Operations Manager. The role requires strong communication, NEC and electrical theory knowledge, and the ability to coach across levels.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Solid knowledge of electrical theory and NEC standards.
• Experience coaching employees across varying skill levels.
• Ability to develop training plans and curricula.
• Willingness to travel to multiple jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate career pathway training for field staff.
• Conduct both classroom and on-site training sessions.
• Create and manage training materials and records.
• Partner with field leaders to align development with project needs.
• Prepare quarterly reports on training effectiveness.
