Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Field Trainer to deliver and improve training programs for our staff. You will collaborate with instructional designers, schedule trainings, and assess effectiveness while guiding employees through development and onboarding processes.
Occasional travel (about 25%) may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a solid foundation in adult learning and MS Office skills.
