Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Field Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our growing team. You will partner with instructional designers and management to assess needs, create curricula, and ensure high-quality on-the-job training.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, employee development, and compliance with standards across locations in the United States. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–2 years of relevant training experience.
• Experience delivering and evaluating training programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and instructional design concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop training curricula for onboarding and in-job training.
• Identify training needs with management and schedule sessions for employees.
• Deliver training using diverse instructional methods and tools.
• Administer training for groups and individual coaching, motivating learners.
• Monitor training effectiveness and reinforce key concepts across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures during training sessions.
• Provide mentorship to new employees and spot areas needing reinforcement.
• Support on-site management with ongoing training needs and audits.

Requirements

The Field Trainer is responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of training programs, conducting needs assessment, executing training, developing reinforcements and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees of the organization for both orientation and in-job training
• Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
• Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools
• Administer training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
• Collaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
• Ensure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
• Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identifying sections where reinforcements are needed
• Provide continual support to members of management on-site
• Assist in evaluating training programs
• Conducting periodic (monthly or quarterly) operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

• High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep up to date of new techniques in teaching

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
• Expert use of computers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with learning management systems

Travel Requirements:

• 25% out of state travel may be required
