The Field Trainer is responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of training programs, conducting needs assessment, executing training, developing reinforcements and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees of the organization for both orientation and in-job training.
• Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees; deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools.
• Administer training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
• Collaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training.
• Ensure compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions.
• Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identify sections where reinforcements are needed.
• Provide continual support to members of management on-site.
• Assist in evaluating training programs.
• Conduct periodic (monthly or quarterly) operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Technology skills intermediate/advanced in MS products – Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
• Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner.
• High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and a willingness to keep up to date with new techniques in teaching.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of work‑related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• Expert use of computers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.

Travel Requirements

• 25% out of state travel may be required.
