Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones. The role involves supervising teams, driving MOT/TMA vehicles, and ensuring safety across projects.

Candidates should have 2+ years of traffic control experience with 4,000 field hours, a valid driver’s license, and completion of ATSSA TCS intermediate training. Willingness to travel statewide and work nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must complete ATSSA TCS intermediate training course.
• 2+ years of traffic control experience with 4,000+ field hours.
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle records check.
• Must pass a drug test and meet DOT requirements.
• Must wear safety PPE and follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport materials to job sites.
• Drive MOT and TMA vehicles for projects.
• Place and maintain traffic control devices and signs.
• Supervise crews and ensure safety in work zones.
• Travel statewide with possible overnight stays.
