Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones. You will supervise teams, oversee vehicle operations (MOT/TMA), and ensure safety and compliance with plans and regulations.

The role requires 2+ years in traffic control, ATSSA TCS training, and willingness to travel statewide, including nights and weekends. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2+ years of traffic control experience with 4,000 field hours.
• ATSSA TCS intermediate training completed.
• Able to pass background check including MVR.
• Able to pass a DOT drug test.
• Wear safety PPE (boots, hard hat, safety vest).
• Able to read plans and follow traffic control regulations.
• Willing to travel statewide and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Drive MOT and TMA vehicles to and from projects and work sites.
• Set up traffic cones, signs, and arrow boards in work areas.
• Monitor work zones for safety and proper placement of devices.
• Load and unload traffic control items at shift start/end.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
