Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of Eastern Iowa is seeking a Trade Account Sales Consultant to nurture long-term relationships with PCCs and other accounts, while driving profitable sales and market share. You will provide marketing support, train PCCs on product and PQM, and coordinate sales activities with branch teams.

Responsibilities include field visits, quotes, order accuracy, and training customers in product options.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: BS/BA, AA or technical degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or general business.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• Ability to read and interpret product specs and warranties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts (Pella Contractors).
• Provide marketing support and consult with PCC customers.
• Lead training on product, PQM and branch processes.
• Ensure quotes and orders follow sales processes and are accurate.
• Coordinate field activity, site visits and customer promotions.
