Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of Eastern Iowa is seeking a Trade Account Sales Consultant to maintain and grow long-term relationships with PCCs and customers across Cedar Rapids and surrounding markets. You will support marketing efforts, deliver product training on PQM and branch processes, and help drive high-volume, profitable sales with strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA, AA or Technical degree preferred.
• 2-4 year’s sales, customer service, or general business experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications.
• Ability to compile and decipher information in spreadsheet format.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts, primarily Pella Certified Contractors.
• Support and grow PCC accounts while aiding branch and Corporation efforts.
• Provide marketing support and consultation to customers and lead training on PQM and branch process.
• Ensure quotes and orders follow company sales processes and address customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate product line visibility in the market and maintain regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Train customers on new product releases and disseminate PQM information.
• Assist management in PCC meetings and promotions; communicate lead times and delivery expectations.
• Ensure proper installation practices and coordination with service teams.
