Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Job Site Solutions Specialist (JSS) to drive demand and sell-through with professional end users in assigned markets.

You will perform hands-on product demonstrations, jobsite engagements, training, and dealer-supported pull-through activities to convert interest into revenue. In this field-based role, you will build credibility with contractors, crews, detailers, and shop owners, manage a regional pipeline, and collaborate with dealers, distributors, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or professional trade engagement.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and pipeline goals.
• Experience engaging professional end users at jobsites and distributor locations.
• Strong consultative selling and product demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and activity targets.
• Identify high-value end-user targets and build relationships with contractors and shop owners.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and provide field training.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors to drive pull-through and leads.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide field feedback for forecasting.
• Travel within territory and manage field activities within budget.
