The position offers a base salary of $60,000 plus commission with potential OTE of $120,000 – $200,000.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in title sales, real estate, or mortgage/lending.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of the Southern California real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of real estate agents and lenders.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Deliver presentations and training sessions on HomeLight's offerings.
