Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, building envelope or fenestration.
Ability to learn building envelope systems and their installation methods.
Willingness to travel (locally and/or overnight) 75% of the time or more.
Responsibilities
Lead field testing projects, data collection and report writing.
Operate testing equipment and communicate with customers during tests.
Assist with forensic investigations of building envelope failures.
Skills
Hands-on experience in commercial construction
Knowledge of building envelope systems
Technical competency
Strong planning and organizational skills
Good computer skills – Microsoft Office & Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively
Education
High school diploma or GED
Associate's degree or higher (related field)
