Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative to join our Food Retail Services team in Bentonville, AR. In this field-based role, you will manage a customer territory, drive sales through service excellence, install and maintain equipment, and deliver hands-on training and audits to ensure food safety and operational success.

You will travel to client locations, including overnight stays (about 20%), and participate in a weekend rotation (roughly every 12 weeks).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4 years of outside sales or industry-related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to provide emergency call assistance nights/weekends/holidays.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment and collateral to ensure proper function and appearance.
• Complete food safety audits based on visit frequency and evaluate departments for compliance.
• Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products through improvements and new innovations.
• Train customers on use of Ecolab products and services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers with a focus on sales opportunities.
