Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our Saint Cloud, MN market. You will manage a defined territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment, and sell new solutions to help create a cleaner, safer environment for customers.

This field-based role may require travel and occasional overnight work. During training you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN for 2 of the 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits using tablets/apps to recommend programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts by communicating total value.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers by phone or in person.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure customer operations are fully functional.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
