Job summary

Future Wave Recruiting Solutions, LLC is seeking a high-energy regional Territory Sales Representative – Retail & Wireless Solutions to drive new business and expand a growing retail network across Charlotte and the mid-Atlantic market. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, building relationships, and generating revenue with independent retailers and multi-location operators.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset with strong new business development skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in field-based role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new retail accounts (gas stations, convenience stores, wireless shops, grocery stores, check cashing locations).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Identify high-value accounts and secure strong revenue commitments.
• Present solutions including POS systems, prepaid services, bill pay, activations, and other revenue-generating products.
• Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
