Job summary

Future Wave Recruiting Solutions, LLC is seeking a driven field-based New Business Development professional to expand our retail accounts across gas stations and convenience stores in Phoenix. You will prospect, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure rapid adoption of POS and related services.

Ideal candidates have a hunter mindset, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter mindset with track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new retail accounts (gas stations, convenience stores, wireless shops, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Identify high-value accounts and secure revenue commitments.
• Present POS, prepaid services, and other revenue-generating solutions.
• Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, and store managers.
