Total Foodservice Group (TFG) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the McAllen, TX area to build client relationships, close deals, and manage a busy kitchen equipment portfolio.

The role rewards a restaurant/foodservice background with uncapped commissions, a base salary of 50,000 annually, travel support, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll work in the field, drive strategy, and report on pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, foodservice, or kitchen equipment sales is preferred.
• CRM and Google Suite fluency is expected.
• Ability to build and execute a sales strategy independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with resilience in cold-calling contexts.

Responsibilities

• Cooking up strategic sales plans.
• Identifying and chasing down new leads to grow the customer base.
• Keeping an organized customer database.
• Tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Making sales calls, demos, and negotiating contracts.
• Training clients on products.
• Tracking your pipeline and reporting on it.
