Total Foodservice Group (TFG) is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead the McAllen, TX market. You will build relationships, close deals, and manage a dynamic field-based role within the restaurant and foodservice industry.

You’ll sell Taylor, Icetro, and Emory Thompson equipment with the backing of Middleby’s product lineup. Expect uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Track record of sales success in foodservice or related industry.
• Experience in account management or territory development.
• Ability to build and execute a sales strategy without a map.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans for McAllen, TX territory.
• Identify and pursue new leads to grow the customer base.
• Maintain organized customer data and track the pipeline.
• Present solutions tailored to client needs and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct product demos and training for clients.
