Job summary

J&J Gaming seeks a Field Territory Support to manage account services for establishments in the assigned region. The role emphasizes building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to existing accounts.

Responsibilities include visiting establishments, ensuring licenses and gaming locations are current, and supporting the Strategic Territory Managers. Travel within the region is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year marketing/sales or account management experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, managers, and across departments.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop regular cadence for visiting establishments within assigned region and cultivate strong partnerships.
• Ensure assigned establishments gaming needs are met, their gaming location is presentable, and required licenses are current.
• Provide ongoing support to assigned Strategic Territory Managers.
• Distribute promotion and advertising/marketing collateral within region. Deliver promotional giveaways to establishments.
• Serve as a liaison for patrons and establishments to resolve questions and issues.
• Assist in the collection of required paperwork, renewal of licenses and ensure location remains in compliance with Illinois Gaming Board and related tasks.
• Effective verbal communication skills. Adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
