HOLT CAT in Georgetown, Texas is seeking a Field Technician I for telematics across CAT and other heavy equipment brands. You will install, repair, upgrade, calibrate, and train customers on telematics products while upholding safety and company values.

This role requires hands-on electrical troubleshooting, wiring knowledge, and the ability to work independently in the field. Valid driver’s license and travel up to 100% may be involved.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• More than one year of electrical troubleshooting or repair experience required; three or more years preferred.
• Associates Degree in related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Aufgaben

• Model and promote HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Install telematics devices on heavy equipment in the field, using hand tools and reading wiring diagrams.
• Repair telematics devices in the field, including firmware installation and verification.
• Upgrade or replace telematics components in the field, including firmware flashing on ECMs.
• Troubleshoot and test telematics components in the field, including ECM firmware flashing.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards, and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
