EquipmentShare in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Telematics Installer to install and repair telematics systems on vehicles and heavy equipment. You will travel to client sites within the region and work with a variety of installation scenarios, from simple power and ground connections to complex CAN network wiring, ensuring reliable data communication.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Trade School certificate preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Experience in related field; telematics training available.

Responsibilities

• Install telematics system and devices on vehicles and equipment.
• Test installations, sometimes using CAN wiring networks.
• Travel to client sites within the region for installations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on each job site.
• Support on-call rotations and overtime when required.
