Pauley Construction, LLC seeks an Operator Telecom Construction Equipment to support underground infrastructure work in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate directional drills, backhoes, skid steers, and support site setup, safety, and bore scheduling while following strict safety rules on busy job sites.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, a valid driver's license or CDL with tanker endorsement, and willingness to work overtime or travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license or CDL with tanker endorsement.
• Experience operating drilling equipment and understanding capabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate drill equipment and other machinery on site (Directional Drill, Backhoe, Excavator, Skid Steer).
• Restore and landscape disturbed areas and develop bore schedules.
• Set up safety perimeter, perform site setup/clean-up, and load/unload materials.
• Assist with safety analyses (JSA) and comply with training requirements.
• Work overtime, weekends, or travel as needed to complete projects.
