VALCOURT EXTERIOR BUILDING SERVICES OF FLORIDA L C is seeking a dependable Field Technician for our commercial construction team in Orlando. Responsibilities include waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, sealant work, surface prep, coatings, membranes, and operating hand and power tools.

Candidates should be comfortable with physically demanding work at heights, dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and working at heights.
• OSHA 10 and equipment certifications are a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
