Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients, resolving complex issues.
• Configure and install network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
• Participate in large IT projects (network installations, server migrations, hardware upgrades).
• Collaborate with Tier 3 technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Travel to client sites with a company car and lift up to 50 pounds.
