Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
• Ability to travel to client sites with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site technical support to clients in Tampa, resolving complex issues.
• Configures and installs network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
• Participates in large IT projects (network installations, server migrations, hardware upgrades).
• Collaborates with Tier 3 technicians to resolve complex network and system issues.
• Completes presales discovery of potential new clients at sites.
