Job summary

AMH is seeking a Field Technician Turn in Denver to expeditiously complete tenant turns and uphold property quality across a portfolio of single-family homes. You will coordinate moves, inspect work, and support contractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in residential maintenance or 5+ years if no degree, plus tools, CRM, and OSHA knowledge. This on-site role offers growth, benefits, and a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years in Residential/Property Maintenance or five years if no degree.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA/HVAC Type II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and conduct tenant turns and move-out inspections.
• Coordinate move-outs including key exchanges and condition reports.
• Inspect contractor work to meet standards.
• Attend eviction set outs and hearings as needed.
• Provide plumbing, electrical, irrigation troubleshooting support.
