Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display assembly.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and timely completion.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
