ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader to lead retail installation, merchandising, and display projects. You will manage fixture installations, store resets, and technology integrations while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
