ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader in Framingham, MA. The role leads retail installation projects, including fixture installs, merchandising and display builds, while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate on-site teams, interpret planograms, and manage project timelines. This position combines technical work with leadership and client communication for successful store deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising or fixture installation preferred.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills.
• Reliable smartphone with data access and a laptop/PC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
