Job summary

ActionLink Sterling, VA seeks a hands-on Technician Team Leader to drive retail installations, merchandising, and display projects. Lead fixture installs, resets, and tech integrations while ensuring safety and quality.

The role is full-time with typical Monday–Friday hours, travel may be required for select projects, and the team collaborates with store leadership to deliver client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating teams
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display assembly
• Commitment to professionalism and high-quality execution
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting
• Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop/PC
• Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies

Responsibilities

• Lead or solo conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and timelines
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support client outcomes
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members
