Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety places a trained Field Technician on industrial worksites to handle injury response, health screenings, and incident documentation. You’ll run your own route between sites in a company vehicle that comes home with you, performing phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway.

This mobile role requires strong communication and reliability as you travel between sites, provide first aid, and document health events in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• EMT/AEMT/Paramedic certification or equivalent.
• Insurable driving history with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
• In-house training pathway to phlebotomy and other certifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with.
