Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety seeks a mobile Field Technician to respond to workplace injuries, perform health screenings, and document incidents across industrial sites. You’ll drive a take-home company vehicle and cover your own route between locations with clear safety protocols.

The role includes phlebotomy certification training, tuition support, and opportunities for internal promotion while transferring across 20+ states. Competitive hourly pay and on-call bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or Military Medic credentialed with valid licensure.
• Eligible for LVN/LPN license or willing to obtain in-house training.
• Strong communication and ability to work on mobile crews in industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with.
