Job summary
On-Site Health & Safety seeks a Field Technician to respond to injuries on industrial worksites, perform health screenings, and document incidents. This mobile role travels between sites, with a take-home company vehicle and on-the-clock training to earn new certifications.
Tuition assistance and paid in-house training lead to phlebotomy certification pathways. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with potential transfers across 20+ states as your career grows.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age.
- 3+ years driving history or documented defensive driving training, insurable under our motor vehicle policy.
- Pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain compliant with ongoing testing.
- EMT/Paramedic or nursing license or related certification is preferred depending on role.
Responsibilities
- Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid
- Complete incident reports and site documentation
- Perform health screenings and testing
- Perform phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway
- Support worksite health and safety compliance
- Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with
