Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety places a trained Field Technician on industrial worksites to handle injury response, health screenings, and documentation. You start and end at home in a company vehicle, with a five eight-hour-day week and optional extra shifts. A path to phlebotomy certification is provided, along with tuition assistance and comprehensive benefits.

The role is mobile, traveling between sites. You can choose full-time, part-time, or PRN, and shift trading is available to balance needs.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic or LVN/LPN credential required or in-house training available.
• Phlebotomy training or certification path provided by the company.
• CNA qualification acceptable with additional in-house training.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews.
