Job summary

Southern Star is seeking technicians to install DISH systems and promote related services. Trainees start at $20.00 per hour, rising to $25.00 after training, with annual earnings potential well above base.

Guaranteed first-year earnings range from $50,000 to $60,000, with experienced technicians earning $60,000 to $85,000+ annually. Benefits include paid training, 401K, PTO, and a company vehicle after training.

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The Base rate increases by .50 upon completion of training.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $25.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

Schedule:

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity:

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $1000.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.
