Southern Star is hiring a technician in Texas, with paid training. Starts at $20.00 per hour, increasing by $0.50 after training, then a guaranteed $25.00 per hour through the first 9 months.

You can earn $50,000–$60,000 in year one and $60,000–$85,000+ as you advance, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions. This role requires travel up to 20% and includes paid training, 401K, PTO, life insurance, and a company vehicle after training completion.

Training/Base pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The Base rate increases by .50 upon completion of training.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $25.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

Schedule:

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity:

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $1000.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and the ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and navigate crawl spaces.

• Sales: Successfully upsell products and services to customers while installing DISH systems.
• Must have a clear Background, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Record
