Job summary

Southern Star in Texas seeks technicians to install DISH systems and related home entertainment services. Start at $19/hr during training, rising to a guaranteed $23/hr after training through the first 9 months, with commissions and bonuses available.

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The Base rate increases by .50 upon completion of training.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $23.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

Schedule:

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity:

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $1500.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.
