Job summary

DISH is hiring a Field Technician to install and support TV and Smart Home solutions in customers' homes across the local area. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a world-class customer experience while promoting DISH services.

You will receive paid training, a 4-day work week with overtime potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k). Opportunity for growth and performance-based pay increases.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and deliver a great client experience.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 feet and in all weather.
• Able to lift over 70 lbs.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Educate and connect customers with DISH smart home solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshooting.
