Responsibilities

Meet with customers to diagnose HVAC/Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Security systems and perform maintenance, repair, or installation as required.
Consult with internal engineering/management for discrepancies or issues that arise.
Document service work, provide training instructions, and suggest system enhancements to add value for customers.
