Qualifications

• U.S. Military experience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
• High school diploma or state‑recognised GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Automation/energy services experience or Certified Energy Manager preferred
• NICET Level 1 certification preferred (Fire)
• ASIS certification preferred (Security)
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Alarm, or Security systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license with limited violations

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to diagnose HVAC/Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Integrated Security systems malfunctions and perform repair/installation tasks as needed
• Consult with internal engineering and management to resolve discrepancies or problems
• Document service work, provide training materials for future use, and suggest system enhancements for added value
