Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Field Technician C to install, service, and repair equipment at customer locations. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and coordinating field changes and upgrades.

Shifts are 12 hours on a rotating schedule with potential CONUS/OCONUS deployments. Applicants must hold a current Secret clearance and a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience; SATCOM or networking experience is preferred,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Or 2 years post-secondary/Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Secret clearance required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and color vision.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and operate equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Interpret schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Support field deployments and customer training as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering for field changes and upgrades.
