Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot pump systems on-site and in-shop at our Aurora, IL facility. You will deliver expert technical service, report on work completed, and support service projects under SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble pumps and pump systems in-shop or at customer sites.
• Conduct risk assessments for every task and report on Safety, Health, and Environment matters.
• Advise customers on system shortcomings and preventive solutions; identify sales leads.
