Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a Field Technician Turn to expedite tenant turnover and uphold property quality. You will manage property inventory, coordinate move-outs, and inspect contractor work to ensure standards are met.

You may attend eviction set outs as needed and perform self-work with required tools. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years in residential maintenance or five years if education is lacking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years in residential/property maintenance or five years in lieu of education.
• Familiar with basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA safety knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property inventory by tenant turns, move-out inspections, and contractor oversight.
• Coordinate move-out processes including key exchanges and property condition reports.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure it meets standards and specs.
• Attend eviction set outs/hearings as needed.
• Perform self-work at properties using ladders and tools.
