Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to perform on-site maintenance, diagnose problems, and install new technologies at client sites in the Orlando area. The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication with foremen and customers, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

You will document maintenance activities, prepare reports, and collaborate with senior staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site foremen, supervisors and fellow employees.
• Must be able to work eight to ten hours per day outdoors, in all types of weather, including extreme heat.
• Ability to perform manual work and lift up to sixty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Carries out research to find problems and develops solutions.
• Maintains equipment and infrastructure at the site and assists in installation of new technologies.
• Tests machines installed for performance and safety and prepares maintenance reports.
